These dealers are best placed to offer you the expert sales and aftersales advice needed when purchasing handheld, outdoor power equipment. Each dealer has many years of experience in servicing, setup and using this equipment and can answer any product questions you may have.

Click and Deliver (Participating Dealers only)

For customers who already know which product they wish to purchase, ECHO offer a ‘click and deliver’ service. This provides you with the convenience of purchasing online but with the peace-of-mind that comes from buying from a ‘bricks-and-mortar’ dealership. ECHO is working with its nationwide network of garden machinery dealers to provide you with ‘Click and Deliver’ – a new service where your local participating dealer delivers your purchase to your front door, garage or shed.

This means that you will never need to visit a showroom or have close contact with the delivery driver. You can simply order online or by calling your dealer and have your product delivered a couple of days later – fully assembled, tested and with delivery at no extra charge. To find out if your local dealer is offering the service, simply click on the ‘find a dealer’ link at the top of the page, add your postcode and look for the ‘Click and Deliver’ logo on the results page.

Contact-Free Delivery

Those ECHO dealers offering Click and Deliver do so by providing a ‘contact-free’ delivery service for their local customers. This means that they are taking a series of additional steps to provide customers with continued sales and service support whilst, in some cases, having their main shop closed to the public.

These steps include:

*A promise to only use the telephone and email for customer contact

*A promise to deliver to a location of the customer’s choosing. This could be a doorstep or an unlocked shed of garage

*A promise to not require a physical signature for delivery

*A promise to observe a minimum 2m distance from customers at all times

*A promise that goods and packaging will be sanitised before delivery

 

Purchasing a product online

To use, simply select the product you wish to purchase using the ‘Purchase Online’ button on the product page. If a product is out of stock, this function will be disabled. Once selected, the product is added to a shopping basket. Ensure that you have selected a local, participating dealer. Your selected dealer is given at the very top of the web page. You can change the selected dealer at any point before checkout, simply click the ‘change’ button at any time.

Checkout of product

Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘My Basket’ to complete the checkout process. Returning customers will be asked to supply their username and password – this will speed up the checkout process. Confirm the quantity of the order and the order value. Then continue by clicking ‘Checkout now’.

Next, provide your billing and payment details. Payment can be made using either a credit or debit card. You must read and agree to the ECHO terms and conditions before proceeding with payment.

Upon completion of the process, you will receive a confirmation email giving you details of your purchase. Await confirmation from your dealer that your product has arrived at their dealership and is ready for delivery to the address you have supplied.

 

Top handle chainsaws

Please note: ECHO will not provide the Click and Deliver service for top handle chainsaw sales where the customer does not posses the relevant professional qualification. Upon delivery of the product, the customer must present proof of certification BEFORE the dealer will handover the chainsaw.

 

Click and Deliver – FAQs:

Question: How long will it take after I have purchased a product before it is ready for delivery?
Answer: This will depend on the stock availability of the dealer. We typically envisage a turnaround time of 2-3 working days after the day of purchase. If you have not received notification from your dealer after four days, please contact Customer Services on 01844 278 800 quoting your order number.

Question: Do you sell ECHO tools outside of the U.K.?
Answer: No. for sales outside of the U.K., please visit the ECHO global website to find your local distributor. They will be able to advise you regarding your nearest ECHO dealer.

Question: Can I return a purchase made via the click and deliver service?
Answer: Yes, providing you adhere to the ECHO terms and conditions

Question: Can I have the product shipped to my house?
