Extension of warranty for Echo products for domestic use is dependent on an inspection and service being carried out by an approved Echo dealer (and at your expense) 24 months from the date of purchase. A proof of service card MUST be completed and returned to us by your dealer no later than 60 days from that date. Failure to do so will void your extended warranty. Retrospective claims will not be honoured.
